Job title:  Inventory and Office Coordinator

Start date: Immediate

Job Description:

This position will primarily focus on inventory management, but will also occasionally support our Billing Coordinator.  This position reports to the Operations Director and Financial Controller.  We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, responsible, and willing to take ownership of a universe of duties.

Primary roles for this position:

  • Inventory Management – Manage product expiration dates; restock storage areas; resolve discrepancies and QA issues; compile usage reports and monthly reconciling of inventory levels vs counts.
  • Order Management – Process incoming orders; follow up with customers to send confirmation and/or tracking info.
  • Customer Service – Field incoming phone calls and emails from customers.

Secondary (support) roles:

  • General Accounting Support – Enter and verify sales info in CRM; assist with obtaining outstanding POs.
  • Additional roles as needed.

Minimum requirements for this position:

  • Willingness to work hard
  • Experience with Inventory Management (required)
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (required)
  • Ability to self-manage

Position: Surgical Consultant
Employment Type:  Full-time, W2

Position Type:  Associate, Clinical Services
Start Date:  Immediate
Location:  Albuquerque, NM

Summary:

This position works alongside surgical techs, nurses, and surgeons in an Operating Room setting.  The Consultant’s primary responsibility is delivery and preparation of our osteobiologic/regenerative products.  He/she also acts as an educational resource, training or advising OR staff on product handling and usage.  There is also an administrative component to the position- the Consultant will manage their own inventory, paperwork, and case entry into a CRM.  This is NOT intended to be a sales position, but will involve some relationship management and could also involve some business development, depending on the candidate’s aptitudes.

The Surgical Consultant will need to quickly become an expert on the Company’s products and services. The ideal candidate will have surgical tech experience, or time spent working in an OR setting, strong administrative competency, and some relationship management experience.

The new hire could be asked to provide creative insights to help identify, clarify, and resolve issues critical to Company’s operational success. We are looking for thoughtful people who can add value to the team.

This role will require: (1) sound judgment; (2) a strong understanding of the surgical suite, including OR protocols; (3) relationship management abilities; (4) administrative competency; and (5) strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
