Title: VP/National Director, Sales
Job Type: Full-time

Reporting to the CEO, the National Sales Director is accountable for driving the achievement of sales and quality goals of the organization through the direct sourcing of new customers as well as through the management of a team of regional sales representatives throughout the US, as inside sales representatives. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that will be expected to quickly learn the Progenicare product offering and strategy, while leveraging previous sales experience to drive growth in new and existing customer accounts.

The National Sales Director is responsible for the hiring, managing and developing all sales staff across the United States. This newly created position will play a key role in the management of our performance compensation plan and sales metrics/KPIs that will drive the success of this growing team. The development and implementation of sales training programs will also be required. The National Director will be responsible for developing and implementing successful, strategic plans aligned with Progenicare’s goals and values. This is an exciting and high impact opportunity to join the company during a growth mode

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and managing a sales team
  • Prior experience managing a hospital sales cycle and working with physicians, value analysis committees, and hospital administrators
  • Comfortable in an operating room setting as this role includes time in a surgical environment
  • Prior experience with sales compensation plans, metrics and KPIs
  • A keen eye for identifying and developing talent
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal and written

Title: Associate Territory Manager, Sales
Job Type: Full-time

The Associate Territory Manager is a front-line, high level individual contributor role.  The successful candidate will need to become a subject matter expert within the regenerative field and possess the skills necessary to effectively communicate with an audience that is typically populated by MDs.  This role requires a highly credible person that has the intellectual dexterity to manage a complex sales-cycle.  The Associate Territory Manager leads sales-cycles in an assigned territory from prospecting and cold-calling through meeting with potential customers and closing new business.  The position is based in Houston but will likely require regular travel across several states.

The ideal candidate will have served in a similar role and have a proven record of success in customer acquisition and retention.

The successful Associate Territory Manager will:

  • Lead complex sales-cycles(from cold calling thru full customer adoption);
  • Manage product sales;
  • Direct customer meetings and presentations;

Title: Inside Sales Representative

The new hire will be responsible for a broad set of duties involving the sales and service of the Company’s osteobiologic/regenerative products, which are provided to surgeons and hospitals. The Representative will:

  • Manage prospecting and sales activities in assigned territory
  • Interface with sales team members, customers, prospects, and partners on a daily basis via telephone and email to identify, progress and close opportunities
  • Qualify leads including detailed needs analysis, product overview, and potential solution fit
  • Conduct daily prospecting with outbound calls to build pipeline within current client base and/or prospective clients
  • Keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities in an online CRM
  • Develop relationships with key partners in their territory to identify new business opportunities
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving sales targets
  • Organize and execute specialized projects such as call-out campaigns, data updates, creating presentations
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Progenicare products and services, competitive products and industry trends
  • Network with industry influencers, professional associations, and existing clients

Intellectual curiosity and agility are strongly desired. The subject matter is complex and requires an ability to fully comprehend the core science. The Company will provide a high level of support and training for the new hire. The Representative will work with internal resources to develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services. If the new hire excels in the position, there will be an opportunity to transition to an outside sales role after 24 months.

The new hire will be asked to provide creative insights to help identify, clarify, and resolve issues critical to Company’s success.
